The Science
In one double blind study, non-alcoholic beer was shown it significantly improve recovery post exercise.
In another study, non-alcoholic beer before exercise proved to be more hydrating than both water and beer.
German athletes are totally on board, consuming three pints of non-alcoholic beer for every pint of sport drink used.
